Stepsin Care and Support Services is a private limited company based in Essex. Proud providers of reverse residential assessments, independent social work assessment; parenting support & ancillary services. We support the elderly, young people and adults with learning disability and those that suffer from mental disorders allowing our valued service users to remain as independent and be participating members of their own communities from the comfort of their homes.
Our belief is that the rights of the clients we support are absolutely paramount, with good leadership principles and working closely with the people we support we hope to promote their absolute right to make the most of their physical, intellectual, emotional and social abilities.

We provide flexible support to enable people to live independent and fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own and our homes and community.
We provide a flexible and consistent service through our multi cultured support workers under close supervision of a manager to support vulnerable individuals without and with care needs in the comfort of their home.
If need be, we will provide 24/7 support or varying levels of support to suit the needs the client, their circumstances and families.
We support services with daily living tasks such as shopping, budgeting, accessing services such as health etc from the comfort of their home. Supporting the client to maintain clean and tidy home conditions and cooking healthy means that promote their health.
We work closely with clients, their families and professional support network to deliver a service that ensures they meet their needs and kept safe from a myriad of risks that can result in harm and abuse. This promotes their absolute right to make the most of their physical, intellectual, emotional and social abilities are promoted.
We provide practical support such as shopping in person or online or undertaking shopping on the individual’s behalf.
